We know that finding a new apartment comes with a lot of questions, and we’re here to make the process as easy as possible. Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about our floor plans, pet policy, lease terms, and more. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, our leasing team is always happy to help.


What lease terms do you offer?

7 – 14 months

Is the community pet-friendly?

Yes! We are a pet-friendly apartment community. We welcome both cats and dogs, with up to two pets per apartment. Some breeds are restricted. Please see our Pet Policy for more details.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Please see all required and included fees listed in the application. Residents are responsible for additional utilities.

Is parking included?

Assigned parking is available for $35 per month per vehicle. Garage parking is available for $55 per vehicle each month.

Are the apartments furnished?

We do not currently offer furnished apartments.

How close is the property to local attractions or downtown?

Our community is close to Greenbelt National Park for outdoor fun, and both Prince George’s Plaza Mall and Greenbelt Mall offer plenty of shopping and dining choices.

What schools or public transit options are nearby?

We’re a quick 5 minutes from the University of Maryland and located on the University Shuttle Route. You’ll also find several public transportation options nearby.
